From the main living area, you can see from Virginia to South Carolina (well, not quite), Sunrise to Sunset, without stepping outside. And we've turned it into the most incredible family-fun beach house, perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions, or corporate retreats. We’ve filled it with high-end finishes, and we’ve just added a fantastic game room/video game lounge (BYO systems) so kids can carve out their own space. We have Cornhole, 2 Stand Up Paddleboards, Four (4x) Fat Tire Bikes, KanJam, Poleski Bottle Bash/Beersbee, Bocce, Spikeball and a competition-grade beach volleyball net system. And when the sun goes down, the F-U-N amps up at The Big Kahuna with our regulation Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Golf Putting Green, and Rooftop Hot Tub taking Center Stage. We’re working hard to make this the vacation home of our dreams, one that our friends & family will never forget; and it can be that for you and yours as well! Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking..
